Psychotherapy Clinic and Student Practicum Site.

Get accessible and personalized mental healthcare in-person or from the comfort of your home.

Our approach

Our clinic is a diverse collective of training therapists committed to making therapy more accessible. We offer a range of therapeutic modalities and support clients at different experience levels and price points, ensuring compassionate, personalized, quality care. Our therapist interns are Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), completing their student practicum training under the close supervision of Tala El-Achkar. Her influences carry strong experience with psychodynamic, body-oriented and trauma-informed care.

“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in Downtown Toronto. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual therapy.

Student Practicum

As a Yorkville University approved clinic and practicum site, we are currently accepting practicum students for a January or May 2025 start who are looking for a comprehensive and supportive training site. Our site is tailored for those aspiring to build a private practice, offering the opportunity to provide therapy both in-person in downtown Toronto and virtually. Tala provides a well-rounded supervision experience. In addition to clinical guidance, we offer support in business practices, third-party profile optimization, and scheduling software—equipping students with the tools to excel both clinically and operationally. If you’re interested in training with us, please contact us.
